Rates

Daily: $150 (3 day min) + $90 Cleaning Fee  + 12.4% Tax

Weekly: $900 + $90 Cleaning Fee  + 12.4% Tax

Monthly: $3000 + $90 Cleaning Fee  + 12.4% Tax

Reservations

Deposits and Payment Policies - Reservations are confirmed when a $500 non-refundable deposit is received. The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If making reservations within 30 days of your arrival, payment in full will be required at the time of booking. Cancellation of a booking at any time after Confirmation has been issued will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of paid rental amounts unless Property is re-booked for the same period and at the same rate as the initial booking. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made.
